Handling

• Processing time: up to 7 days

• Special instructions must be added at checkout

• Fish are packed in insulated boxes with heat/cold packs when needed

 

Shipping

• Orders ship Monday – Tuesday only

• If temperatures are below 32°F (0°C), shipment will be delayed for safety

• If delays exceed 2 weeks, a full refund will be issued

• Carrier delays are outside our control once shipped

• Customers must track and collect packages within 4 hours of delivery

 

RESPONSIBILITY

• We are responsible for shipping conditions only

• After delivery, proper acclimation is the customer’s responsibility
